Danielle McKeon was driven by a need to bring people together, to share her love of fresh wholesome food, to educate and share her experiences from years of hospitality, traveling and from her love of just being in the garden. It’s this dream that saw her purchase the property formerly known as the ‘Old Cheese Factory’ back in early 2014 and transform it into the property Dairy Fields. It has grown exponentially from a modest wholefoods canteen and market garden to a property with a cooking school and now to provide accommodation. It is important to create a space that was more than just a place to sleep, something that felt like a little more intimate and personal.
